Return Policy

1. Our "Authentic Promise" Guarantee

At SrijaX, we want you to love your authentic Bengali wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Since we ship directly from our United States warehouse, our return process is fast, domestic, and hassle-free.

2. Return Window

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

  • If 15 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all original tags attached.

4. Important: The "Handcrafted" Clause

Please remember that our Sarees, Kurtis, Gamchas, and Lungis are hand-loomed by master artisans, not mass-produced by machines.

  • Slight irregularities in the weave, thread thickness, or print are natural characteristics of the handmade process.
  • These variations are not considered defects. They are proof of authenticity.
  • However, if you receive an item with a significant tear, stain, or structural damage, it will be classified as defective and eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Lungis & Gamchas that have been opened or unfolded (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Gift Cards.

6. The Return Process

  • Step 1: Log in to your account or email us at support@srijax.com with your Order # and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our US Return Address.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

7. Refunds

  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Size Exchanges: If you need to exchange a Streetwear item (Hoodie, Tee, Polo) for a different size, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order.
  • Stock Warning: Since many of our artisan items are limited-run, we cannot guarantee stock for direct exchanges.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@srijax.com.
