If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to provide support. All returns are handled directly through our United States warehouse. This provides a fast domestic return process for our customers.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. This window gives you time to inspect your order and confirm that it meets your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • It must include original packaging and all tags

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

The Handcrafted Difference

Every SrijaX product reflects traditional craftsmanship rather than factory production. Our garments are hand-loomed and created by skilled artisans. Because of this handmade process, you may notice:

  • Minor variations in weave or texture

  • Slight differences in thread thickness

  • Natural inconsistencies in print or pattern

These are not defects. They are part of what makes each item unique and authentic. Please note that returns for these minor variations are not possible. A return can only be initiated if the item is ripped, damaged, or torn.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or sale conditions. These include:

  • Opened or unfolded lungis and gamchas

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items discounted over 25% are final sale and non-returnable

  • Gift cards

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing through our online store.

The Return Process

We provide a straightforward process to make returns simple.

Log in to your account. You may also email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Approval

Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number. We will also provide instructions for our United States return address.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Pack the item securely. Send it to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 4: Inspection

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The process typically takes 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.

Size Exchanges

For streetwear items such as hoodies, tees, and polos:

  • Return the item for store credit

  • Place a new order for the preferred size

Stock availability cannot be guaranteed for direct exchanges because these are limited-run artisan products.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company because processing may take time
