Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our United States warehouse. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to carefully pack and dispatch your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure your authentic Bengali wear and streetwear reach you safely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: Typically 3 to 5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Options and delivery times will be displayed at checkout (if available).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Delays
As stated in our Terms of Service, while we strive for timely delivery, SrijaX is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control once the package has left our facility.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
While our primary focus is domestic shipping within the United States, if your order is shipped internationally, please note that SrijaX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our handcrafted Sarees, Kurtis, Gamchas, Lungis, and Streetwear. However, SrijaX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
